Vivian Zumot Dimond is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bayshore Grove Capital (BGC). She has over thirty-five years experience in real estate marketing and sales, acquisitions & dispositions, development, construction, zoning & land use, property management, and residential & commercial financing. Mrs. Dimond has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and successful real estate professionals in South Florida.


Prior to the formation of BGC, Mrs. Dimond managed numerous projects in all aspects of development and was the founder of Aman Capital Group, a development company that, among other projects, converted multi-family complexes to nearly 1,200 condominium units located throughout Florida. During the great recession of 2008, Mrs. Dimond restructured projects and multiple financing arrangements with lenders, without a single project being foreclosed upon. Her institutional financing relationships are one of the strongest facets of the company and she has also become a trusted and highly sought-after consultant for financial institutions regarding the management of their troubled real estate asset portfolios.


Since 1984 Mrs. Dimond has been a highly recognized real estate broker in Miami, with deep connections to the business community. In 2017, Mrs. Dimond sold a majority stake in Avatar Real Estate Services, a top-rated brokerage firms in South Florida, to Brown Harris Stevens (BHS), the highly visible luxury brokerage firm specializing in marquis properties in New York City, the Hamptons, Hudson Valley, Connecticut, New Jersey, Palm Beach, and Miami. She remains the broker and an owner of BHS in Miami.


Before beginning her real estate career, Mrs. Dimond was recruited out of college by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where she was assigned to counter-intelligence in Cleveland and Virginia. Aside from English, Mrs. Dimond speaks Arabic, French, and Spanish. She is married to Alan Dimond, a senior litigation partner at Greenberg Traurig, and former president of the Florida Bar. They reside in Miami and have two sons and two daughters.
