Jeff J. Cohen is the Business Development Manager at BGC. As a 20 year licensed real estate agent, he has successfully closed on more than $1 billion of real estate transactions – including some of the most strategic commercial transactions in South Florida. Mr. Cohen is highly skilled at development assemblages, condominium buyouts, and creating value-add off-market opportunities. Through his years of working in the Miami real estate community, Mr. Cohen has fostered strong relationships with architects, lenders, and attorneys, a network that yields a constant flow of opportunities to bring the highest return on investment. Mr. Cohen has a BA from University of Miami.
